LIMITED LIABILITY

Seller warrants that VIZOMAX™ (the product) is fit for the particular purpose and use as described herein, and free from defects for sixty (60) days. Seller’s products liabilities shall be limited solely to the replacement of the product for a period of sixty (60) days after purchase date with proof of purchase. Seller warrants that the product is properly packaged and labeled and is of proper quality for the ordinary purpose for which the product is used. There are no warranties extending beyond sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. No other warranty, expressed or implied, shall apply, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and any such implied warranties are expressly disclaimed. Seller shall not be responsible or liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to cost incurred for the use of the product, loss of time, loss of profits, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages with respect to persons, business or property, whether or not such claims are as a result of breach of warranty.
Seller does not provide any additional warranties independent of, or in addition to, the Warranties provided by the manufacturing companies that supply Seller. Seller does, however, make the full manufacturer manufacturer’s warranties available to our customers.
This Warranty does not extend to any defect or problem caused by acts or omissions of you or others, improper use, tampering, accidents, alterations, or ordinary wear and tear beyond sixty (60) days. This warranty is void if this product is damaged, misused, altered, or any use other than as specifically describe herein.
This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
In the event the product is found to be defective under this warranty, Seller will replace properly packaged and undamaged Product proved to be defective at no charge to the customer. Such replacement shall be the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy and Seller’s sole and exclusive liability for defective Products.
This warranty covers continental U.S. and Canadian installations only.
